- 国内外10社程度のOnline Travel Agentに販売チャネルを両施設に開設、世界26ヵ国から300組以上が宿泊（2018年9月末時点）
- TripAdvisorより両施設が2018 Certificate of Excellence (エクセレンス認証)を受賞
- AirBnBにおいて５つ星評価率90%超えの”スーパーホスト”のステータスを2014年7月より17四半期連続で維持（2018年10月時点）
