代表者経歴
東京都生まれ、山梨県出身。東京大学工学系研究科修士課程（産業機械工学専攻）修了。在学中、ブラジルのサンパウロ州立カンピーナス大学（Universidade de Campinas）に交換留学。旧日本鋼管㈱（現JFEエンジニアリング）にて8年間エンジニアとして国内・海外（米、韓、エジプトなど）の製鉄プラントの開発・設計・立ち上げを担当したのち、ミシガン経営大学院（Ross School of Business at University of Michigan)にて経営学修士（MBA）を取得。在学中に外国人初のサマーインターン生として米ボーイング社に採用される。また、同大学院新入生向け親睦旅行として初めてのジャパンツアーを企画、実施。卒業後の2004年、国内立ち上げ間もない外資系戦略経営コンサルティングファームであるPRTM社に参画、国内外大手ハイテク製造業および製薬企業の研究開発マネジメントを中心にクライアントプロジェクトを担当。2010年よりプリンシパルコンサルタントとしてグローバルプロジェクトをリード。2012年に同社が米国PwC（プライスウォーターハウスクーパース）グループに統合されて以降は、同社日本支社の初代人事部長兼COOとしてパートナーや米国本社と連携しながら、人事、教育、財務・経理、法務、統合業務などバックオフィス全体のリーダーとして、現役コンサルタントをサポート。2016年にPwCグループを退職し、現在に至る。観光庁認定全国通訳案内士の国家資格（英語）を保有。

- Worked at JFE Engineering, formerly the plant building division of NKK corporation, as mechanical engineer and manager. Developed and designed steel making plants for steel manufacturers in Japan and overseas including US, Korea, and Egypt

- Joined the Tokyo Office of PRTM Management Consultants as Associates and made Manager (2007) and Principal consultant (2010). Specialized in R&D management, post-merger integration and reorganization for high-tech manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in and outside Japan
- 2012 - 2016
- Made the first Director of Human Resource and COO at Japan Office at PwC’s PRTM Management Consultants. Working closely with Partners in the office and US Headquarters, led the entire Japan operations including hiring and development, performance evaluation and compensation, resource assignment, budget management, and legal/compliance and the work for integration to the PwC group

- Earned Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical engineering) from the University of Tokyo (1991) and Master of Engineering (mechanical engineering) from the University of Tokyo (1993). Joined IAESTE exchange program at Universidade de Campinas in Brazil to learn mechanical engineering and Portuguese (1991)

- Earned MBA from Ross School of Business at University of Michigan (2004) along with a Certificate from the university’s Tauber Institute for Global Operations, an Engineering-Business joint institution. Worked at Boeing Company as the first non-US citizen summer intern, as part of a program of the institution (2003). Completed Business Certificate with Distinction at UC Berkeley Extension Program (2001).
